1 lb. of butter
2 cups of sugar
3 cups of flour
1 tsp. of baking soda
½ tsp. of salt
1. Cream together butter and sugar.
2. Sift dry ingredients together and mix into creamed mixture.
3. Roll into small balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Press slightly with a fork dipped in sugar.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
