3 ½ cups of flour
1 pkg of yeast
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of honey or sugar
1 ½ tsp. salt
1 ½ cups of warm water
1. Stir flour and salt in a bowl.
2. Add oil mix.
3. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to flour and mix.
4. Add additional water a little at a time until dough is medium soft until double.
5. Knead for a couple more minutes then spread out onto greased baking sheet.
6. Garnish and bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
